Golden Apple
18k gold apple with stem and leaf. Main body of apple created from single sheet of gold with hammering processes. Leaf created by form folding, then detailed with chasing and repoussé. Commissioned by a client as a gift for his wife. Inspired by the Greek myth "The Judgement of Paris," which had special meaning for the client's family. Tzedakah Box
Five-foot tall cherry wood Tzedakah box on granite base designed for a synagogue in Irvine, CA. The upward spiral shape represents the "Song of Ascent," which is the name of the synagogue. Five lines of pigmented resin inlays represent the five lines of a musical staff. For more about the making of this piece, see "Process Notes: Tzedakah Box."

CA Poppy
Sterling silver California poppy with leaves and buds. Base is patinated copper. Raised, forged, cast, fabricated, Chasing and repoussé. 8" tall x 5.5" wide

Mezuzah
Sterling silver and 18k yellow gold. Forged, formed, fabricated. A mezuza is a parchment scroll contained inside a decorative case, like the one above, that is attached to a doorpost. The parchment is inscribed with Hebrew verses from the Torah. 5" tall x 3" wide

Windows Past & Present
Wall art, titled "Windows Past and Present," made of vitreous enamel on copper with copper, silver, and gold cloisonné wires. Enamel size is 3" by 3". Framed enamel is 11" by 11".

Sonoma Meadow
Wall art, titled "Sonoma Meadow -- Late Summer," made of porcelain enamel on steel and vitreous enamel. Framed enamel is 21" by 21".
